Stichting Ideaalnet offers all necessary functions and overviews in a personal portal or family portal, for successful support and parent engagement. Every pupil or student is welcome and in case of payment problems, we will make appropriate payment arrangements. Our platform is suitable for any education provider and available free of charge for every school, family and student.

The Ideaalnet Multi-Portals Platform allows schools to request a no-obligation quote from the education provider for each target group or for their own use in no time.
You will receive the quote immediately or at the latest within 48 hours and it will also include the monthly rate for the chosen term. In our experience, an average of 35% of all orders are paid in instalments.

Consumer credit and help with any rejections
Financing a tablet, bundle pack or laptop can be done through consumer credit in the school webshops. Stichting Ideaalnet, in collaboration with its consumer credit partner, offers complete support to parents, students 18+ and school staff, including in the event of rejections and in making payment arrangements.
Your asset overview for school automatically updated
The asset overview is automatically updated for your school with all annual new school webshop orders. The current overview of all delivered tablets, laptops and loan units also includes serial number, warranty and repair status, who is the user and who is the owner. You can also add your previous equipment purchases in the overview.
Our helpdesk supports all spread payment questions
Funding partners have asked Stichting Ideaalnet to support parents and students over the phone and online with questions about spread payments both when ordering and throughout the term.
In doing so, we also support parents and students with payment arrangements. Our helpdesk is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week. In the personal/family portal, parents can view monthly invoices for their child(ren) as well as the status of their monthly payments. A reversed monthly payment can be viewed by the parent or student directly and made payable again from their personal portal.

Financing is bespoke. Our aim is always to send along the monthly price from the systems of the matching financing partner with each of the quote requests in our platform. This is a guide price per month, the final price can still change based on the latest interest rate developments, among other things.

Stichting Ideaalnet completely relieves your school of the control, processing and archiving of all lease agreements and periodic lease invoices per school webshop project number.

Our online software makes all information available centrally, prepares it and supports it with special functions and visualisations for school authorities, schools, teachers and parents, so that everyone involved is well informed.
