How can I report online a claim?
My portal/Family Portal always offers the parent or student an overview of orders, invoices, changes to your details, payment status of monthly instalments, warranty period, repair requests, etc. Here you can also complete or sent in no time a claim form for damage or theft. All your data is immediately available!

To report damage or loss/theft, log in under “My portal”.
2. Fill in the form
To report damage or loss/theft, please complete the online form under “My portal/Family portal” so that all the necessary data including the correct serial number of the school device is automatically included.
Describe the fault or problem as precisely as possible and then click on ”Send”.
3. ready!
You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. After consultation with the supplier and/or insurer, you will receive as soon as possible response to your report.
You may be charged a service or inspection fee. If an extended warranty or insurance has been taken out for the device in question, a deductible may apply for the repair; this can be found in the terms and conditions of the extended warranty/insurance for your device under “My Portal”.
