Our multi-portal platform supports schools, teachers and parents with orders and administrative processing of monthly payment installments or payments in one go. The Ideaalnet Foundation offers all necessary functions and overviews in a personal portal or Family Portal, for successful support and parental involvement. Every pupil or student is welcome and if there are payment problems, we will make an appropriate payment arrangement. Our platform is suitable for any education provider and available free of charge to every school, family and student.

Overview of all your quotation requests per target group, quotations received from resellers and signed quotations. A signed quotation can be automatically used for a school webshop.
Agreements and conditions from resellers, insurers and other service providers are archived per project in the school portal and other personal portals.
Orders, deliveries, repairs and loan unit
The pupil, student, parent and/or employee confirms receipt of the tablet, bundle package, laptop or loan unit at school by digitally signing. The date and time of receipt are automatically stated in the school portal and the personal portal. The parent and/or student, and if set, the mentor/teacher will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt.
Lease administration and payment on behalf of your school
Processing of lease contracts, periodic lease invoices and payments per school webshop to the leasing company or financier on behalf of your school or school organization.
Asset management updated automatically
The asset overview is automatically updated for your IT department and your financial department with all annual new school webshop orders. The current overview of all tablets, laptops and loan units also includes serial number, warranty and repair status, who is the user and who is the owner. You can also add your previous equipment purchases to the overview.

Our multi-portal platform is available to all participants, 24 hours a day. The Family Portal is a portal for the whole family! Here you will find a complete overview, you can contact us via this portal and/or report a repair.

We are the first point of contact for your school and your teachers, both digitally and by telephone, from selecting the right retailer to providing a suitable web shop for your parents, answering your parents’ questions about financing or funding, and dealing with queries in the event of a defect.
